George Hats was started by “mompreneur” Kristen Wilson. She wanted to create a line that was both functional and fashionable. George Hats was founded because of the lack of hats that were made for little ones. Hats were either designed to look fashionable or to be functional, but never the two combined. As the mother of a baby boy herself, she went to work and wanted to create a line of hats that would allow your little one to look cool, while also staying comfortable. She also wanted to create hats that would easily fit into the mom lifestyle. All of the hats from George Hats are machine washable, easy to maintain, and require little to no maintenance in order for them to keep up their adorable aesthetic and appeal.
Our hats are all proudly hand-made in the USA, to ensure that we’re giving you and your babe the best quality possible. Our manufacturing process has been carefully perfected over time and we’ve chosen only the best of the best when it comes to that process. All of our hats come in a variety of sizes and can fit even the smallest of heads. Our hats range from baby, infant, child, and even adult. The sky is truly the limit when it comes to our hats.
As we mentioned before, our hats were designed to be functional. As a Southern California mom, sun protection was a major key player when designing our hats. Our hats are perfect for playing at the beach, playing sports, and other outdoor activities because they all have UV protection and most of our hats have a large brim that will perfectly shade children’s faces from the sun and harmful UV rays. Our hats were also designed with parents and children in mind. We understand that sometimes it can be difficult to get your little one to wear a hat comfortably. Say goodbye to itchy and harsh fabric and hello to a comfortable soft material that will stay on your babe’s head with no fuss!

All of our items ship quickly and instock items will ship in about 3-5 business days. However new releases may take up to 7-14 business days. If you’re looking to buy a hat by a specific date, please reach out to us to check on shipping times.
